What happens in the Vision Lab

Live on Zoom. Private to your group. Two focused hours.

1. Welcome and intention setting

  • Quick introductions so everyone knows who is in the room

  • Simple reflection to name what each person hopes will feel different by next December

  • Clear overview of the process so no one feels lost with the tech

2. Select Your Word of the year

  • Insightful reflection on 2025,

  • A short process to choose a word of the year that matches what to focus on

  • Gentle questions to help connect their word to real choices

Once the word of the year is selected, we’ll create a printable in Canva to reflect it

3. Guided vision

  • Short prompts that cover both personal and/or business areas

  • Gentle questions about home, work, health, relationships, money, calling

  • Time to write and reflect before moving into Canva

4. Pre-Design your vision

  • Simple AI prompt examples to generate images that match each person’s vision

  • Step-by-step guidance to set up a free Canva account if needed

  • Instruction to chose a layout and size that works for desktop, phone, or print

5. Focused creation time with music and timers

  • Concentrated build time, with timers so the group stays on track

  • Background music, structured check-ins, and optional help if someone gets stuck

  • Space for participants to develop a visual style that feels like them

After 2 hours, everyone downloads their finished vision board and word of the year image as a high-quality image file to use as a desktop wallpaper, phone wallpaper, or to print.

  • 200 dollars per group

    • Host up to 3 to 6 people

    • If you fill all 6 spots, that is about 33 dollars per person

  • Format:

    • Private Zoom session

    • 2 hours

    • Digital only, no craft supplies needed

  • Limited spots between December and January.

  • The host pays 200 CAD dollars at the time of booking and can split the cost with guests in any way they choose.

  • No. Everything is done with the free version of Canva, a free AI chatbot (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.), and a standard Zoom link.

  • No. The number is up to the host. The host can invite as many people in their group to join.

  • That is fine. I show the basics live on the call and supply all the simple layouts. The group creates polished boards without design experience.

  • Yes. Everyone can log in from their own home or office. They just need internet and a device with a browser.

  • No. This is a whole-person vision. The process is designed to combine both personal and professional (optional) visions into a single board.

  • Talking and sharing are totally optional. There will be a mix of short teaching, quiet reflection, and optional sharing. There will be plenty of silent creation time with music and timers, so introverts are comfortable.

  • Yes. You can book multiple labs while spots are available. Each booking covers one 2-hour session for up to 6 people.

  • If something urgent comes up, you can move your session once within the December to January window, subject to availability.
