Hosting is for you if you want to:
• Bring together people you care about for a reflective and practical start to the year
• Help your group clarify a vision that includes both personal and business goals
•Use simple digital tools instead of dealing with glue, scissors, and magazine piles

This fits well for:

Create your vision board and word of the year
How Vision Lab is Different
Theme first, not rigid goals
Instead of giant concrete targets, you choose a theme or mode for the year, then picture how that shows up in each area of life and/or business.
A board that helps you decide
Every image has a job. Your visual board becomes a quick filter for what fits this year and what does not, not just a collage of pretty photos.
Whole person, one vision
You hold personal and professional desires in the same frame, and choose one word of the year that fits all your roles.Digital, focused, structured
No craft supplies, no wandering agenda. We concentrate for 2 hours using custom prompts, music, timers, AI-generated images, and straightforward, free Canva layouts, so everyone ends up with a printable, wallpaper-ready board.

MEET YOUR FACILITATOR
I am Sonya, an entrepreneur and lawyer who helps founders and creatives build businesses that match the lives they actually want. Over the past decade, I have developed my own New Year's reflective and vision practice that blends vision, values, and real-world constraints.
This Vision Lab is a focused version of that practice. It gives your group a clear picture of the year ahead and helps them hold both personal and professional goals in one visual image.
